First and foremost, we hope that you and your colleagues, friends, and family are all well.
With the continued developments relating to COVID-19 we wanted to reassure you of FMC’s availability and commitment during this challenging period. Despite moving to a home working arrangement, FMC remains completely operational with no disruption to our accessibility, services or systems!
This is a confusing and complicated time and we have been busy supporting our clients at every step in the process. The message we are receiving from our clients is that although there is short term disruption, talent remains a priority as businesses look to achieve stability and ready themselves for the recovery period which is likely to be only a matter of months away. Prioritising vacancies and establishing a virtual selection process have been the first hurdles to overcome.
