We are supporting our client in the search for an individual well-versed in the construction industry looking to take on this VP of Sales position and generate business revenue across North America.

The role
In this role as Vice President of Sales for the North American team, you will primarily be responsible for driving the sales direction and generating business revenue. You will also oversee the sales teams to build them out in a positive direction.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop the sales strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Manifest a consistent, data-driven, and productive sales organization that can scale rapidly 
  • Be a hands-on sales leader who can evangelize the product in front of customers and drive deals across the sales process
  • Consistently execute on financial milestones to ensure steady revenue growth is maintained 
  • Be directly involved in new sales and upsell into large and strategic accounts

  • 10+ years in a sales leadership role  
  • Excellent communication skills allowing for effective presentations 
  • Experience working with procurement cycles in the state and local government marketplace 
  • Results orientated 
  • Capability to manage and grow a sales team
