What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the company’s EMEA Services organisation, encompassing a team of approximately 130 (consulting, implementation, customer support) professionals in EMEA. As the VP of Professional Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for service delivery in the country, driving transformation to enhance the quality and efficiency of consulting, implementation, and support services.

Your day to day might look a little like this: 
  • Ensure your team exceeds expectations in completing projects successfully, meeting revenue targets, and delivering business outcomes
  • Implement improvements to the processes and tools used as a seasoned professional with experience leading teams of project managers and consultants 
  • Share hands-on technical preparation and presentation work for key accounts
  • Ensure the Professional Services team exceeds corporate expectations in achieving billable utilisation targets
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead Services team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Leeds, UK as this is an office-based role.

You’ll have proven expertise in professional services within the enterprise software sector, skilled in optimising operating models to enhance customer experience through tools, processes, and automation. 

A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Experienced as a client-facing escalation point for senior executives, ensuring top-tier service during software implementations
  • Strong strategic thinker, aligning initiatives with company goals
  • Extensive understanding of key industrial sectors in EMEA, including mining, oil & gas, food & beverage, and heavy industries
  • Proven track record of managing revenue targets and P&L responsibility for professional services
  • Strong leadership skills, domain knowledge, and interpersonal abilities 
  • Results-oriented professional, experienced in facilitating growth for professional services and SaaS businesses during periods of significant change
