Our Contech software client is looking for a Country Manager to join their small but growing team in the US to help them cement themselves in the region and grow sales.

What you’ll be doing
Put simply, you’re going to be helping our client break into a new, high-growth market. You’ll be creating the GTM strategy for the US to help them establish a foothold in the market there.
This is the perfect role for someone who likes working in a start-up like environment, but with the backing of a strong and established brand. The best of both worlds some might say!
You can expect your day-to-day to look a little like this:
- Expanding existing accounts
- New logo acquisition activity
- Leading on the market strategy
- Implementing the strategy in the US team
- Partnering and building relationships with transportation agencies
A bit about you
The main thing they’re looking for is someone who’s a sales leader with a strategic mind. Couple that with a strong understanding of the AEC and infrastructure market and you’re onto a winner.
You’ll also have:
- Knowledge of state and federal DOT agencies in the US
- Experience creating GTM strategies and executing them
- Familiarity with long sales cycles at enterprise level
- The ability to design strategies from the ground up
- Experience in a start-up environment would be desirable
