What you’ll be doing
Our client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the UK end user sales team, drive new business growth, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal person will have a strong background in medical device sales, team leadership, and supplier relationship management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Oversee and lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy, including partnerships & product launches
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its imaging device suppliers/partners
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Attend exhibitions and marketing events to promote the Product
- Set, manage & monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue and growth objectives
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based anywhere within the UK, however this is a remote role with requirements for regular national travel as necessary.
You’ll have 2+ years experience in a sales management role within the medical imaging, radiology, or medical device sector
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Demonstrated success in managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in building and maintaining productive relationships with customers, suppliers & internal stakeholders
- History in taking clinical product to market, including in-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market, including NHS and private sector procurement processes
- Technical knowledge of the Radiology environment
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
