Test Engineer - ICE & Hybrid

What you’ll be doing
You will conduct engine performance, emissions, development and durability projects for customers and ensure test requirements are met and consistently high quality. As part of a flexible and agile workforce, there will be opportunities to work on EV and Hybrid projects.

Your day to day might look a little like this: 

• Mechanical and electrical rigging, fitting and operating test systems 
• General engineering tasks 
• Supporting propulsion test programmes 
• Resolving customer complaints 
• Recommending and coordinating appropriate corrective actions 
• Identifying problems and faults as they arise 

A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Milton Keynes.

You’ll be an Engineering graduate with experience in test boundary condition control and checking, as well as knowledge and hands-on experience in using ETAS INCA or alternative engine calibration tools and software.

A few other key skills we are looking for: 

• Experience in managing data 
• Comfortable using MATLAB, Excel and hand calculations 
• Good IT literacy skills 
• Confident communicator 
• Promotes strong company values 
• Results driven  
• Can critique and improve activities 
• Motivated and a self-starter
