Are you skilled at the art of relationship building and negotiation?  Our client are searching for a new Territory Manager to lead the sales expansion of their surgical solutions portfolio. What you’ll be doing 
As Territory Manager, you will be aiming to increase the sales of our client’s surgical solutions, ensuring you maintain strong customer relationships in the market.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Building a network of key advocates in the field, fostering strong relationships to grow market share
•    Educating customers in the features, benefits, and handling of new technology and the best uses of the equipment
•    Constantly reviewing the territory’s performance with senior members of the team, recommending changes based on your time in the field
•    Making territory plans to consistently achieve targets in both sales and promotional activities
•    Staying up-to-date on the skills and knowledge needed in the market to ensure you maintain your status as an industry expert

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK and be able to travel around this territory consistently across the working week.

You’ll have a proven track record of success in medical device sales, as well as a full clean Driver’s license.

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    Necessary professional skills including territory analysis, budget management, and excellent presentation skills
•    Highly developed interpersonal, networking and influencing skills, using these skills to lead effective negotiations
•    Proven experience in managing pressure and tight deadlines efficiently
•    Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others, as well as being able to work autonomously when needed
•    Excellent organisational skills, being able to effectively manage conflicting priorities
