Our client is a well-respected medical device company who are passionate about improving patient care and saving lives. They produce innovative, high-quality medical devices and services across a variety of markets in the medical technology space that are used in hospital departments around the world. The role
You’ll play a part in managing existing contracts, driving the use of the devices, maximising revenue, and profit, and focusing on the safe and efficient use of the medical portfolio within hospitals and the community setting. Relationships are at the very heart of this role, as you’ll build relationships across new and existing sites across the Critical Care portfolio.  

Your day to day might look a little like this: 

  • Educating customers on the different uses of the devices 
  • Developing technology trends, challenges, and regulations  
  • Attending training sessions  
  • Building your understanding of the products in the portfolio 
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports and presentations 

The requirements 

Our client’s looking for someone who has a strong track record in the medical device space with a positive can-do approach. As well as someone who is focused on giving customers a great experience. 

They’re also looking for: 

  • A post-secondary education certificate or degree 
  • A solid knowledge of health issues across surgery and anaesthesia 
  • Successful sales experience in the Critical Care setting 
  • Anatomy and physiology knowledge  
  • A results-oriented person, focused on building long-term partnerships 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • A creative and innovative  

This role is field based, so you’ll be travelling more than 50% of the time.
