What you’ll be doing
As a Territory Manager, you will support a product portfolio of ocular health and ophthalmic pharmaceutical products across Scotland. Within this, your main focus will be managing and developing relationships in the primary and secondary care markets where you will use your excellent communication skills to excel, both with existing and new accounts, to support the growth of sales.

The portfolio focuses on the treatment of dry eye and glaucoma, including eye patches, gels, and ointments, as well as diagnostic devices.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this:

  • Providing key account management to existing clients 
  • Seeking business growth opportunities 
  • Increasing market share of the product portfolio across Scotland
  • Providing clinical support
  • Delivering product training and support 
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets 


A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Scotland.

You’ll have valuable experience selling pharmaceutical products into primary and secondary care environments and you’ll be confident and outgoing when it comes to sales.

A few other key skills we are looking for: 

  • Experience selling to CCGs and GPs 
  • Good mix of new business development and repeat sales experience  
  • Good networking and relationship-building skills 
  • Knowledge of ophthalmic/eye health products  
  • Able to work autonomously
