The company
Our client specialises in both airway management and bladder measurement for the global medical device industry and is working to become the market leader in each. The role
You’ll be responsible for managing the sales strategy for our client’s Airway Management product line across Northern Netherlands by consistently achieving or over-achieving targets.  

You will go the extra mile to exceed patient expectations and approach all sales initiatives with a ‘patient safety first’ ethos and drive this throughout the team.  
Responsibilities include:

  • Hit and exceed targets 
  • Strategically manage pipeline 
  • Build an understanding of the buying process and individual needs for each account 
  • Record and update customer information, share product details, prepare quotes and update sales stages 
  • Engage in strategic business planning 
  • Adapt to shifts in market demands  

The requirements
You’ll have strong experience in a similar role in a multi-national (3+ years), preferably in a medical device organisation, as well as: 

  • Degree-level educated
  • Fluency in Dutch and English 
  • An understanding of business development and account management 
  • Experience working for a US-based manufacturing company is a strong plus 
  • Track record in the health sector as a clinical nurse or other 
  • A high-energy individual with a self-starter mentality
  • Supportive and creative in solving challenges
  • Comfortable working under pressure and with a sense of urgency
  • Willing to travel across the territory 
  • Ambitious go-getter with a hunter mentality
