Our client is a specialist distributor of pioneering healthcare solutions, providing an extensive, high-quality range of clinical specialities in both the NHS and the Private sector. Holding a portfolio which supports a wide array of theatre-based products.

What you’ll be doing 

You’ll act as the face of the company and be responsible for all sales activity within the allocated territory and key accounts from both an operational and strategic perspective. Whilst ensuring sales plans are in place for each account and product, and are reviewed regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Regular sales forecasts for each product line as well as account updates, and reports 
  • Investigate and understand the competition in territories whilst devising a plan to combat them
  • Regular field visits to review account development, meet with key stakeholders and determine next steps
  • Ensure reports from customers regarding product quality complaints or adverse events are documented and reported
  • Communication of product or service information to customers, including the professional handling of customer complaints
  • Regularly visit customers in your territory with loan agreements in place

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in UK. Considerable travel within the UK and overseas will be required.

You’ll have at least one year of experience within medical device sales.

  • Experience managing conflicting demands and working under tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic with drive and commitment to achieve business goals and targets
  • Able to form good working relationships with stakeholders, easily and quickly
  • Good communication, presentation skills
  • Able to use initiative to make decisions to support business continuity
  • Customer orientated with good negotiation skills
