What you’ll be doing 
In short; you’ll increase sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales year on year, whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share. You will be responsible for the education of Anaesthetists, Intensivists and Nursing personnel on procedures and product applications and develop and support strong clinical relationships.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Generate profitable territory sales in line with annual, quarterly, and monthly sales 
  • Attain required objectives designed to increase fiscal revenue, market share and profitability
  • Actively gather market intelligence on our own and competitor portfolio/activities
  • Develop business by creation of educational programs to increase clinician’s safe and effective use of consumables
  • Increase overall satisfaction levels at accounts through support of product and procedural applications
  • Maintain and develop database of customers
  • Attend exhibitions and clinical meetings 

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in South East, UK and are willing to travel frequently within the territory.

You’ll have 2+ years’ experience in a medical sales position.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Full UK Driver’s license 
  • Can create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility to others
  • Results driven, prioritising objectives and scheduling work to make best use of time and resources
  • Highly developed negotiator and influencer with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Proven experience in managing pressure, deadlines and setbacks efficiently while maintaining commitment despite opposition 
  • Ability to solicit orders from present and prospective customers for the assigned products
  • Can cope effectively with pressure and setbacks and maintain commitment despite opposition
