Our client is offering an exciting opportunity as the Territory Manager where you will help drive company growth through using your sales experience to showcase the company’s portfolio to new and existing customers.

The role
Within this role, you will mainly be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory through the development of customer businesses.
Other responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with current/potential customers 
  • Collaborate with other teams such as marketing to prospect for new opportunities  
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities 
  • Analyse the territory and calculate the value of the existing and prospecting customers to the company  
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the company 

The requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in sales related within the dental industry as well as…

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent  
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team  
  • Ability to analyse data and identify potential business solutions for customers based on customer values and ambition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Confident in building mutually beneficial relationships based on trust and respect
