What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a highly talented individual with a passion for sales, fostering customer relationships and identifying innovative ways to add value for clinical and non-clinical customers. You’ll be fully responsible for your territory, promoting and selling the complete range of cardiovascular and endovascular solutions.
 
Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Achieve and exceed territory account targets across the full company portfolio
  • Create & execute a territory plan to prioritize activity and focus to meet commercial targets
  • Lead territory KOL strategy. Foster positive long-term relationships and ongoing engagement with strategic customers
  • Market expansion – explore market opportunities for expansion within assigned territory
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
 
A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Ireland.

You’ll have 2+ years in Account Management / Sales experience within the medical device industry and experience in the cardiovascular/endovascular space is preferred.
 
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Ability to learn and understand complex clinical product knowledge and clinical data
  • Self-motivated to drive ideas and develop business opportunities
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and the ability to persuade and influence others
  • Highly independent with a high competency in time management
  • Able to build and maintain strong business and customer relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills
