What you’ll be doing
In short, you'll demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customers’ needs within the therapy areas of vascular access company systems and software solutions. Maximising the revenue and profit by actively managing existing contracts, closing new business, focusing on the safe and efficient use of the company's portfolio across all healthcare settings.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Achieve and exceed the sales target for the territory
- Present a full conceptual sale of appropriate products to key customers, differentiating the company’s products from the competition
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with the territory relating to the business portfolio
- Work with newly acquired and existing NHS Acute, Private and Alternate site accounts to maximise revenue and profit
- Educate customers on uses of all devices and consumable portfolio across wide therapeutic areas
- Complete administration tasks including pricing tool tasks, updating sales cloud, expenses, weekly and monthly reports and presentations
A bit about you
You’ll be based in East Midlands, UK and are willing to travel over 50% of the time.
You’ll have comprehensive medical device experience.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Consistent expert knowledge of health issues related to surgery and anesthesia
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology; with some knowledge of clinical disease states
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated - demonstrates personal drive and ambition, fostering innovation, focusing on delivering to our customers.
- Timely and accurate account management in the allocated accounts with a high level of responsibility, for planning, implementing and support related to sales of the products
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
