What you’ll be doing 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing Surgical team, which specialises in the provision of endosurgical products. You’ll be working with existing customers while striving for new successes across the East Anglia territory, covering Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.


Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Developing effective sales strategies and tactics, focusing on the clinical in-theatre sell
  • Achieving sales targets set for the territory
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts and customers
  • Attending exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations and workshops both locally and nationally
  • Assisting with the development of key reference centres for the range of products within the portfolio
  • Keeping accurate business and call records on the CRM
  • Keeping abreast of trends and developments within the territory 

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in East Anglia.

You’ll have 4+ years of experience in a medical sales role within an established territory.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • A full UK driving license 
  • Track record of selling to consultants and associate theatre staff
  • Strong ability to work using your own initiative
  • Minimally invasive surgery knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with customers
  • A resilient and enthusiastic approach to all work endeavours
