What you’ll be doing
As Territory Manager your responsibilities will be aligned with achieving the target of increased product usage in operating theatres to achieve and exceed sales targets across the territory. 

Your day to day might look a little like this: 

  • Winning new accounts in the NHS and private sector 
  • Developing and implementing effective account plans 
  • Supporting surgeons and nurses in theatre with an extremely high level of product and clinical knowledge 
  • Effectively managing consignment stock to ensure opportunities are not missed and product does not go out of date 
  • Crafting and nurturing strong relationships with relevant customers, and support them appropriately for the good of the patient, the customer and the company 


A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Scotland.

You’ll have a strong track record of sales success with a minimum of 2+ years working in a field-based surgical sales role.

A few other key skills our client is looking for: 

  • Degree educated  
  • Ability to work independently and think critically so solve problems 
  • Knowledge of how to process complex scientific information and apply it in conversation to clinical stakeholders 
  • Self-motivated and hungry for success 
  • A strong network of general surgeons, theatre staff and procurement 
  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively
