The role
As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and the architectural design world.
Responsibilities include:
  • Helping design professionals understand, implement, and leverage the technology to its fullest potential
  • Troubleshooting and offering solutions
  • Be the voice of the company and communicate the value proposition
  • Own your craft, focus on learning and improving
  • Craft and deliver presentations alongside the sales team to provide subject matter expertise
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to feedback product direction and customer feedback

The requirements
  • A deep passion for technology and innovation is essential, as well as… 
  • Bachelor or Masters in Architecture, Engineering, Construction. Alternatively, time-served in a relevant industry.
  • An awareness and understanding of AEC design solutions such as Revit, Rhino, SketchUp or similar
  • Experience fulfilling a customer-facing role in a technology environment with pre-sales/technical solutions responsibility
  • Start-up experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Willing to travel for customer visits and events circa 25%
