What you’ll be doing
This role focuses on targeting new accounts within a defined territory. Your team will lead the first sale and initial expansion efforts in those accounts, creating the basis for long-term relationships and substantial revenues.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Meet quarterly/yearly sales quota within prospective accounts
- Prospect, outbound activities and develop existing accounts
- Use a ‘partnership’ approach and work as a consultant to build trust and credibility with customers
- Build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Build long-term relationships and credibility with new and existing customers
- Tenaciously follow through and prioritize customer needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Toronto, Canada.
You’ll have a background of 5+ years in the construction space and a proven track record of success in B2B selling.

- Sensitive to customer and stakeholder business needs being a great listener
- Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
- Strong sense of integrity demonstrated by the clarity of action
- Determined and target orientated
- Manages workload efficiently and remains resilient in all circumstances
- Comfortable having conversations with a diverse range of customers in person, over the phone and virtually
