What you’ll be doing 
As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with some of the largest contractors, owners and consultants around the globe. You’ll play a critical role in delivering this vision by bridging the gap between innovative technology and the real-world challenges of clients.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver value-driven product demonstrations
  • Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle, managing all aspects of technical validation
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on client goals
  • Provide actionable feedback to the Product team, influencing the roadmap with insights from client interactions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and test new product features before they come to market
  • Create engaging demo assets and technical materials to streamline the sales process and empower clients to succeed
 
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in UK, however this is a remote role.
 
You’ll have 5+ years in construction, solutions engineering, or a related field, with direct construction schedule experience using P6 or MP is highly preferred.
 
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (experience outweighs a degree)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear client value
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote-first environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organised with a focus on delivering results
  • Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and teams in a global organisation
