The role
As a Senior Technology Manager, your technical sales support will be crucial to closing new business. Your day-to-day activities will range from providing a management-level point of contact for key customers to unearthing competitive intelligence that will enable improvements to existing technologies – with a particular focus on Acetic Acid technology.

Responsibilities include:
  • Creating and delivering proposals
  • Collaborating with global and regional sales partners
  • Conducting global market analysis
  • Travelling internationally, up to 50%
 
The requirements
This role is ideal for someone with extensive (15+ years’) Chemicals technical and/or operations experience in the hydrocarbon processing industry. Other requirements include:
  • Degree Level Educated from an accredited institution in chemical (preferred) or another engineering discipline 
  • A very strong background working with Acetic Acid
  • Experience with global licensing is a real plus
  • A keen commercial eye
  • Have strong client and partner relationships  
  • Proven experience in solution sales
  • Evidence of ongoing learning and development in professional selling  
  • Excellent fluency in spoken and written English 
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
