What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be a key member of the high-performance team, instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunities with major accounts in the industrial reliability sector.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Craft and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share
- Develop and nurture relationships with the Prospects in the Manufacturing Space
- Provide technical support in pre-sales activities for our Comprehensive Reliability Services within a defined geography
- Assist with commercial marketing activities, interface with product teams, and be the contact for product and quality issues
- Collaborate with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the Manufacturing industry
- Provide post-sales troubleshooting when needed and act as a local interface with tech Support
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Houston, Texas.
You’ll have a strong record of success in a sales role relating to new logo acquisition accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience selling predictive maintenance technology or aligned solutions.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Strong knowledge of these key industries; Cement, Steel, Metals & Mining, FMCG, Chemicals, Oil & Gas
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at varying degrees of seniority and across various departments of an organisation
- A hunter mentality is key, as well as the ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Degree educated in a form of engineering such as Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software or Chemical
- Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands for your time, ensuring partner expectations are managed
