The role
In this role, your main responsibility will be to accelerate software sales in collaboration with our cross-functional teams, in the region and globally. You'll bring to this role the demonstrated ability and desire to partner with customers in their digital transformation and energy transition journeys.
Other responsibilities include:

  • Become recognised within the industry as a key thought leader in driving all levels of strategy, vision, and execution to deliver on the Commercial mission. 
  • Lead and deliver on engagements with customers at the C–level  
  • Nurture and develop the regional sales team  
  • Plan and implement a commercial strategy for Grid Software 
  • Collaborate internally with teams to shape and enhance the product and solution portfolio

Significant industry experience (10+ years) with transmission and distribution or aligned markets, as well as…

  • Experience leading large enterprise engagements with customers up to C-level. 
  • Possesses strong leadership qualities with clear communication skills  
  • Proven track record of leading sales success  
  • Ability to manage/lead teams through growth periods  
  • Sound understanding of complex concepts and translating in a way that businesses or industries can understand 
  • Creative mind with the capability to problem-solve
