Recently backed by a tier-1 private equity firm and with significant growth plans across EMEA, our client is now looking for a new Senior Account Executive to join their team in Germany and manage the industrial manufacturing vertical across the DACH region.

The company
Our client is a genuine global leader within their product field. To their customers, they offer both cloud-based and on-premises solutions. The solutions are technology agnostic and integrate with most major ERP solutions, such as Oracle, SAP, IFS etc.  

And to the people who make their success happen, they offer car allowance, pension, and healthcare benefits, alongside stock options for those interested. 

The role
You will devise specific market strategies, target existing customers across the EMEA region as well as benefit from ongoing revenue generated by the inside sales team in the region. The great news is that the Company has a large existing customer base within each vertical market and executive know-how that will support your success. 
Your day to day might look a little like this: 

  • Identifying and managing license and services sales opportunities within enterprise level ($500M+ annual revenue) customers and prospects 
  • Supporting Inside Sales and Sales Development Representatives to execute campaigns 
  • Managing and maintaining sales opportunities 
  • Preparing and conducting quarterly business reviews 
  • Achieving the company’s growth targets  


The requirements
7+ years of experience selling ERP, WMS, or supply chain solutions. 

They’re also looking for: 

  • Proven success penetrating large enterprises 
  • Strong understanding of selling into industrial manufacturing customers (including Automotive and electronics) 
  • Experience selling to both existing accounts and net new business 
  • Skilled at qualifying large opportunities  
  • Effective value and solution-based sales skills 
  • Verifiable track record of achieving/exceeding quota 
  • Multi-language fluency is preferable 
  • Someone who can travel 20% to 30%
