Our client is looking for a new Sales Team Leader to play a key role in their sales division moving forward. For any salespeople based in the USA that are interested in leading a team that consistently meets (and exceeds) their sales targets and have an aptitude for understanding software solutions, our client wants to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
As Sales Team Leader, you will be a key player in our client's sales division. Building strong relationships with prospects and presenting tailored solutions to solve their unique business challenges are just a few of the key aspects of this role.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying and closing new opportunities in the industry
• As a Team Leader, you will be tasked with providing direction and support to colleagues in your direct line of management
• Maintaining key relationships with decision-makers in the industry, making sure to remain on top of their needs and presenting solutions
• Managing the full sales pipeline, from identifying leads to closing the deal
• Developing a deep understanding of the market and our clients’ product portfolio; you will become an industry expert
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the USA and be required to travel for up to 30% of your working week.
You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience working in software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding your sales targets
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Skilled in consultative selling and a demonstrative ability to build rapport with key clients and close deals
• An aptitude for technology, you will need to quickly learn and explain complex software products to potential customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential due to the relationship-building nature of the role
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, will help you in this position
