The role 
You’ll focus on increasing sales for an Implant portfolio in your region. To achieve this, you’ll work across account management, business development and new business hunting. You will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels within NHS and Private hospitals to add value to our client’s proposition.

Other responsibilities include: 
  • Growing sales via focused conversion of competitor business 
  • Producing high-impact presentations and product demonstrations 
  • Cold calling new prospects to introduce the company’s products and solutions
  • Providing product training and addressing customer queries 
  • Hitting and exceeding KPIs 

The requirements
You will bring 2+ years of medical sales experience to this role (ideally orthopaedics or surgical), as well as: 
  • Degree educated in a relevant Scientific or Healthcare discipline 
  • Experience in a theatre and orthopaedics environment is a plus 
  • High level of business and emotional intelligence 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships 
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to develop professionally and personally 
  • Driving Licence to cover your territory where appropriate 
  • Flexible and willing to travel
