Our client is looking for someone with significant sales experience in LATAM to take on this role as a Sales Manager and help drive company growth through the sale of the company’s extensive portfolio.

Our client delivers hundreds of installations and solutions in multiple vertical markets in the process industry across the globe. They focus on assessing customers data, complimenting services, adding value, and helping with decision-making at a rapid pace. Our client's revenue has doubled in the last 5 years with their products continuing to be extremely well received in the market.

The role
In this position your main role will be to manage day to day sales process for new and existing customers, coordinate & lead presentations and demos, write proposals and close sales.  

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop sales strategy for regional & key accounts 
  • Reach out to existing customers and prospects through emails, cold-calling and networking 
  • Craft software and professional services proposals for new and existing customers 
  • Grow the market need for dataPARC software products and services by calling on all existing and prospective customers in the defined territory 


The requirements

Minimum 4 years LATAM sales experience, as well as…

  • Portuguese and Spanish speaking 
  • BS or MS Degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Automation, Process Control or IT specialization 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an operational or engineering capacity in the process industries. Process operations, automation, or maintenance experience an asset 
  • Ability to define sales & demand generation strategies in each of the target market segments
