We have partnered with an innovative organisation specialising in SaaS solutions, which deliver AI Powered visualisations to help manufacturing companies generate greater revenue. With an extensive offering of 2D and 3D visualisation solutions, the company uniquely re-purposes existing CAD assets to deliver impactful solutions for 3D configuration, aftermarket spare part search, digital work instructions, and enhanced digital content.
This is an emerging company with exciting new products that are revolutionising their target markets, holding enthusiasm and energy to take on the world!
What you’ll be doing
You will lead, mentor and manage a dynamic team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve and consistently exceed sales targets. Maintaining a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, offering constructive feedback and driving team motivation and growth through regular performance reviews, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and sales strategies.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals
- Conduct regular sales training and development sessions to enhance team skills
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the US, however this is a remote position.
You’ll have proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the SaaS industry.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and methodologies
- Experience in B2B eCommerce, CAD or CPQ would be highly valued
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong skills with decision making and analysing dataResults-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
