This start-up is disrupting the status-quo in the energy and commodities space. They’re looking for a Sales Executive to join their team in Western Europe and drive their transition to an industry leader.

The role 
This is a pure new hunter role, to which you’ll bring your experience working for a start-up organisation. You’ll focus on prospecting and building brand awareness with new business opportunities in the field. 

You’ll identify existing problems prospects are looking to solve and leverage our client’s service as an effective solution.
Other responsibilities include: 
  • Establishing a network of generate leads in order grow existing revenue 
  • Delivering up-to-date knowledge of new products and industry knowledge to customers 
  • Hitting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts 
  • Improving customer satisfactions  
  • Upsell existing customers
 
The requirements 
Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years experience in software or solution sales, particularly within the energy and utilities markets. Other requirements include:
  • Experienced in a scale up or start-up
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of using analytics to manage operations
  • Organised and able to confidently undertake multiple projects 
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills 
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills (written and verbal)
  • Positive, driven and results-orientated
