What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will utilise your significant experience in direct sales to prioritise winning new business with top Oil & Gas/energy accounts. You will also ensure that you assist customers so that they achieve the projected improvement in their business results after installing the company’s product.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy
  • Generate new pipeline and provide insights to prospective clients
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly results
  • Present and demonstrate our client’s solutions in-person and online
  • Travelling to customer sites and conferences up to 40%

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Houston, USA

To excel in this role, you should have 7+ years in direct sales yielding high revenue ($1+ million) in a direct sales role with a strong level of communication skills across all audiences.

A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of typical customer challenges in oil and gas production optimisation
  • Experience closing complex sales cycles from start to finish
  • Sound knowledge of the respective value chains for Oil & Gas
  • Highly effective in outbound prospecting
  • Start-up experience (Series A, B or C)
