Are you a strong business leader? Do you have the ability to motivate people to reach their potential and achieve ambitious sales targets? Our client are on the hunt for a New Business Sales Director to lead a team of salespeople. You will make this team run how you want as you define the vision for how the team operates and functions on a daily basis. If you have previous experience of building New Business teams and a desire for a new challenge within SaaS solutions selling, our client wants to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing
As New Business Sales Director, you will lead a team of salespeople and define the vision for how the team operates and functions on a daily basis.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Coaching and mentoring a high potential New Business Sales team to achieve (and exceed) their sales and growth targets
• Collaborating with other internal teams, such as Sales and People experience, to develop and retain your high performing sales team
• Produce and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans
• Managing productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure your team are meeting their established goals
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in UK.
You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience building and managing New Business teams over the mid-market and enterprise levels.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• A solid understanding of deal coaching and value-based, SaaS solution selling
• Genuine interest in striving towards ambitious goals, utilising relevant data points and rallying your team to achieve these goals
• Demonstrable track record in developing new customer acquisition strategies and tactics
• Comprehensive understanding of the sales process, sales metrics and sales forecasting
