We can’t tell you too much until we’re on the phone but just know – this is an exciting PE-backed company on a high growth trajectory looking to double in size over the next couple of years.
What you’ll be doing
As Sales Director; you will be in charge of leading and managing a high-performing sales team across EMEA. You will be empowered to develop and execute specific market strategies with the full support from the company.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Monitor market insights and feedback to the product development
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK and have the ability to travel for work when necessary.
You’ll have 5 years of experience managing a high-performance sales team selling high value technology solutions.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
- Experience selling SaaS into the Manufacturing Sector or Retail
- Experience working in Supply Chain Management, Track & Trace or Compliance industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Comfortable leading, mentoring and motivating a team
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills to drive sales growth and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
