Looking to lead a sales team in a fast-growing SaaS company? Our client are on the hunt for a top salesperson to manage a diverse team in a region with huge growth prospects. If you have a proven track record of excellence in enterprise software sales and have the desire to mentor a sales team with big potential, then this could be the opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing
As Sales Director, you will be in charge of growing annual software license revenue by leading a strong sales team with the aim to deliver profitable growth for the company.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Building, managing and leading your own regional sales to successfully achieve your sales quota on a quarterly and annual basis
• Travel around your region for in-person meetings with key clients, aiming to build a budding relationship that is mutually beneficial
• Working alongside your team making calls, coaching and mentoring them to achieve the best results they can
• Monitoring the market, customers and competitive landscape, providing feedback to sales and marketing leadership teams when necessary
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK and have the ability to travel for work when necessary.
You’ll have significant experience selling ERP or CMMS systems at a high level, with a proven track record of enterprise software sales quota attainment.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills; being able to close a deal should come easily to you
• Ability to be a mentor a diverse team of salespeople, teaching them best practice in their roles and genuinely wanting them to fulfil their potential
• A highly organised salesperson that is able to juggle competing priorities with ease
