Are you a creative self-starter with high energy, wanting to showcase your skills within software sales? Our client is searching for somebody with demonstrated analytic and problem-resolution experience to identify, qualify and grow sales and the customer base in the Transmission and Distribution domain.

What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Account Manager you will own specific opportunities and Accounts and will integrate the existing account management teams. Develop new market and customer opportunities within existing Key Accounts and potentially new customers and segments.
 
Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Oversee and lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy, including partnerships & product launches
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its imaging device suppliers/partners
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Attend exhibitions and marketing events to promote the Product
  • Set, manage & monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent delivery against revenue and growth objectives
 
A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Norway.

You’ll have Grid software, SaaS and Cloud Services sales experience to large corporations, as well as a degree in Business, Engineering or other technical or business field.
 
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Extensive consultative and software sales experience in the Energy Utilities business
  • Knowledge of energy value chain, the transmission and distribution segment, including technology trends and future challenges
  • Working knowledge of Energy sector regulatory incentives and innovation mechanisms
  • Credibility on different key customer relationships and to promote win-win sales strategies
  • Developmental sales acumen with strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive work style, creativity, energy and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
