What you’ll be doing 
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be leading, coaching, and training a team of territory managers in the field to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Regular one-on-one catchups to support team members through any issues they may have, ensuring proper project planning and prioritising sales opportunities
•    Arranging to meet with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
•    Establishing SMART targets to allow for performance reviews, individual development and team recognition
•    Monitor competitor activity and new developments in the national healthcare landscape to anticipate external impacts on the business

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the North East of England and be able to travel around this territory for work.

You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience within surgical device sales or clinical development, along with experience managing a team. 

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong communication is key for success in this role
•    Bachelor’s degree level education, ideally in a relevant field
•    Enthusiastic to be in the field to inspire team members to reach high levels of performance
•    Strategic thinker with a bottom-line focus and high impact communication
