We are looking for a passionate salesperson to join our client as a Regional Sales Manager across London and enhance the brand and reputation and give an unbeatable service to all customers. 

The company

Our client is a trusted, worldwide partner who produces high-quality endoscopic solutions and services for hospitals and practices across the globe. They have recently received significant funding to grow their network in the UK and are looking to support the development of their position within the UK market in the next 2 to 3 years.

The role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will grow and maximise sales across London to agreed KPIs and sales targets. You will represent and enhance our client’s brand and reputation as well as give an unbeatable service to their customer base.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Building in-depth product knowledge and awareness of the market
  • Gathering and feeding back market research to colleagues
  • Utilising the CRM system and analytical tools
  • Becoming a brand advocate for the business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Trialling and launching new products in the region 
  • Managing customer complaints promptly

The requirements

You’ll have extensive knowledge of the NHS & Private sector market, as well as:

  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline 
  • Previous sales experience working within the Endoscopy market is desired
  • Endoscopy suite and equipment experience are preferred
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Outstanding customer service skills 
  • Able to build meaningful and productive relationships with stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Passionate to make a difference within the sector 
  • Proactive and a can-do attitude 
  • Flexible and willing to travel across the territory
