We are on the lookout for a high-energy, proven sales talent to help target new and existing customers across Germany while realising the true value of our client’s solutions portfolio.

What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for managing the whole sales process from the initial outreach to the contract negotiations, ensuring you maintain a strong position for the company.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this: 

  • Effectively following up on marketing-generated sales leads
  • Engage with existing customers as well as look for new potential customers through different sales strategies 
  • Executing customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations  
  • Constructing high-impact proposals which articulate the company’s differentiated solutions, market leadership, and unique value as a partner
  • Building and executing a sales plan to achieve revenue targets  
  • Sharing expertise and market information with the team 

A bit about you 
Ideally, you’ll be based in Germany.

You’ll have a demonstrated understanding of and a successful track record in the sales lifecycle such as prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing sales!

A few other key skills we are looking for: 

  • Educated with a BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales experience (inside or outside) 
  • Experience selling into either Pharma/Life Sciences, Packaging and Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Brand Protection Solutions is a huge plus 
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Prior experience selling in a SaaS or/and Cloud software environment
  • Top-level verbal and written communication skills
