Our client are searching for a new Regional Sales Manager to join their ranks, and are looking for an experienced and skilled salesperson to help them achieve their ambitious growth targets. If you have a solid understanding of SaaS sales and are able to develop strong and commercially viable relationships with key decision-makers, then our client wants to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing
As Regional Sales Manager, your main aim is simply to develop strong relationships with customers and meet their specific software needs.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Developing deep product knowledge and articulating the value of our clients’ range of software, positioning them as solutions to business problems
• Building and maintaining key relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to understand their software needs and present accurate solutions
• Identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and driving deals from prospecting to close
• Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in meeting customer expectations
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based on the East Coast of the USA, with the ability to travel across your territory up to 30% of the time for work.
You’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• Strong consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and close deals
• A quick learner with the ability to explain complex software solutions and their benefits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to present software to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A familiarity with CRM systems and the software sales cycle
