The role
Within this role, you will act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintain client satisfaction, handle account renewals and upsells and be responsible for achieving an annual sales target. As you work, you'll establish connections with stakeholders from multiple NHS Trusts and the Private Healthcare Sector.
Other responsibilities include:

  • Addressing client concerns and resolving any conflicts 
  • Negotiating and closing business contracts 
  • Delivering sales pitches to prospective clients 
  • Preparing and presenting business and account updates 
  • Attending exhibitions to represent the company 

The requirements
At least 2 years of medical sales experience is ideal for this role – especially selling patient monitoring or integrated systems. Other requirements include: 

  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline 
  • Experience dealing with both the NHS and private healthcare 
  • Able to retain accounts whilst building a pipeline 
  • Able to adopt a consultative selling approach 
  • Thrives in a tight-knit team 
  • Positive, proactive and self-motivated 
  • Willing and prepared to travel to the Head Office for training and development
