What you’ll be doing 
Our client are looking for somebody to own and drive the relationships with their North American clients. The team are savvy construction professionals, who serve as trusted advisors to customers. The core of the role is to nurture relationships with key clients, understand customers’ business strategy and most burning problems, whilst managing clients’ journey to achieve their goals and generate business growth.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, focusing on company executives
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and objectives, aligning our product to meet their needs effectively
  • Drive product adoption and usage by providing guidance and support to clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Track metrics and figures regarding the success of the client adoption and value generated for the customers
  • Collaborate with the product teams to communicate customer feedback, insights and requirements for continuous product improvement

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the USA on Eastern or Central time zone.

You’ll have 7-10 years in Project Management (trade management).

A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Experience in Change Management , working with Executive-level clients to implement software solutions 
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills - a people-centric person
  • Deep understanding of both project management and business processes in the construction industry and their integration with technology
  • Experience across industrial commercial and residential projects 
  • Proactive, with the ability to take a task from idea to production and thrive in a fast-paced startup working environment
  • A problem solver, thinking creatively to support our clients’ needs
  • Results driven
