Product Specialist - Scotland

They provide outstanding customer service and work closely with healthcare professionals to provide tailored solutions and meet their specific requirements. 
 

The role
As a Product Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for the achievement of area sales targets, and managing current sales business in a defined geographical territory for the range of critical care products.
Other responsibilities include: 

• Achieve Objectives & KPIs as agreed with the National Sales Manager
• Identify, develop and provide an excellent service to all customers
• Promote the company’s portfolio to the appropriate customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and support demand management with accurate forecasting of new business
• To develop a pipeline of business to ensure sustainable growth for the territory

 
The requirements 
You will have at least 18 months of solid medical device sales experience, with an excellent demonstrable sales track record, as well as… 

• Ideally you will have a BSc/BA degree or equivalent level of education 
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Product knowledge, Therapy knowledge and patient pathway improvement relevant to the business unit (expert)
• Naturally curious with strong self-motivation
