The role
As Senior Director of Product Management, you will enhance our client’s portfolio and grow market share by delivering a world-class user experience to customers that raises the bar from an innovation, usability, and interaction design perspective. You will analyse the Pharma, CPG Packaging, Serialization and Supply Chain market and build an understanding of the competitive landscape, trends, and technologies.
Other responsibilities include:
- Leading product improvement, portfolio rationalisation, positioning and sales support
- Creating and nurturing relationships with customers, users, and prospects
- Building a product strategy plan to support further business growth
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure successful product delivery
- Developing and prioritising product releases
- Managing user experience and UI development
- Creating product collateral and content to support marketing and sales
- Developing budgets, forecasts, and goals for the Product team
- P&L Responsibility and pricing strategy
The requirements
You will have 5+ years of experience in managing teams as well as 3+ years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience with SaaS products, as well as:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Success in growing revenue for a SaaS-based business
- Knowledge and experience in the Pharmaceutical and CPG industry
- Prior experience with Serialization and Track and Trace is highly desirable
- Ability to keep up with the pace of the business and market needs
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical subjects in a clear and concise manner
- Comfortable managing multiple projects independently from start to finish
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Software product management, business development and marketing experience are desired
- Business value mindset oriented
- Experience in image and video creation editing tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop etc
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
