Following a significant re-organisation, with ambitious revenue targets and backed by a Tier-1 private equity firm, our client are in the process of commercialising their Product Management team globally. We are looking for a Product Manager who has proven experience in on-premises to SaaS/cloud initiatives.

A bit about the company and what they can offer you
Our client is a SaaS vendor who is a genuine global leader in the enterprise supply chain industry, selling a complete platform of tailored solutions into FMCG, Industrial, and Life Sciences customers. They have recently secured significant backing by a Tier-1 US private equity firm and are experiencing significant growth, offering new employees a real opportunity to grow and develop alongside the business.

What you’ll be doing
As Product Manager, your main goal will be to support the Director of Product Management in their efforts to “commercialise” the function in being more customer-driven, stabilize key accounts globally, and migrate customers onto their new Cloud platform.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Drive product strategy including new markets, products and offerings, and market differentiation
•    Manage the product roadmap including overall prioritization of both strategic and tactical activities
•    Performing market research and analysis in target industry sectors, identifying market opportunities for future product launches
•    Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, working with sales, partners and key customers to develop positioning and increase market success

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based on the East coast of the United States.
You’ll have at least 8 years of product management experience at a SaaS product vendor.

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    Experience of being responsible for bringing B2B software products to market, following the product development process
•    Strong ownership, bias to action, and know-how to success in ambiguity
•    Strong analytical, strategic, and organisational skills
•    Experience in Agile
•    Great communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
