Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong commercial acumen and clinical knowledge to join their team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside inspirational leaders and colleagues to shape the trajectory of the company.

The role
Within this role, you will design, develop, execute, and monitor marketing plans for our client’s Vascular Access Management (VAM) product portfolio and reach revenue targets.  
Other responsibilities include:

  • Achieving annual sales budgets 
  • Delivering the overall marketing plan 
  • Analysing, forecasting, and consolidating marketing insight  
  • Helping to define the portfolio strategy 
  • Delivering product training programmes 
  • Resolving product issues and challenges 
  • Monitoring monthly reports, sales, and analytics

The requirements

A recognised qualification in Marketing (CIM or other institution), as well as…

  • Degree level educated in a life-science-related subject 
  • Previous marketing experience at a Product Manager level 
  • Experience with post-launch and product management campaigns 
  • Strong knowledge of aligned products and the global healthcare market 
  • Sales experience in the healthcare industry (Pharma, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Biotech) 
  • A drive to succeed as well as strong interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders 
  • Flexible and willing to travel 20%-40% 
  • Comfortable in a hybrid environment  

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work in the office two days per week.
