Passionate about driving innovation, mentoring talented individuals, and transforming the AEC industry? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our client’s team in London!

A bit about the company and what they can offer you
A modern, innovative platform built to support companies within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries with collaboration between teams. That's the offering from our clients; a way to seamlessly connect and exchange information to improve efficiency and quality of projects.

On top of joining a passionate team all striving towards the same goal, there are plenty of other benefits to compensate for your efforts. An annual budget for L&D courses, 30 days annual leave, and the ability to work from anywhere are just a couple benefits on offer from the first day!

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for the product strategy and for ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently, maintaining momentum and solving problems proactively. This role involves aligning with stakeholders, overseeing daily operations, coordinating with team members, and curating the backlog.

Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Completely owning the team’s products and features, from idea through to launch, growth and maintenance
  • Set the team’s goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with the company mission
  • Ensure an outstanding user experience is delivered
  • Be involved in technical conversations and get as hands-on as possible
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster growth and development

A bit about you
You’ll be based in London and have a deep knowledge of the AEC industry.

Ideally, you are an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong product sense, or you are a Product Leader with solid engineering skills.

A few other key skills we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in driving product vision and strategy in a high-growth tech company
  • Background in software development
  • A bias towards rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on
  • Experience in developing and launching products from scratch
  • Able to provide insight and deliver measurable results
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
