The role
In this role, you will be frontline building valuable partnerships as well as creating demand and sales pipeline. You will create strategic impact and influence hyper-growth and expansion. 
Other responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key SI and VAR partners 
  • Identify and recruit partners that align with the business objectives  
  • Drive awareness and demand for the company’s solutions 
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with partners  

The requirements
You’ll have 5+ Years of Experience in Technical Sales or Account management in the technology or electronics industry, as well as…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales 
  • Pre-sales and/or Engineering/R&D experience will be a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills  
  • Proven experience in partner sales management
  • Strong understanding of System Integrators and Value-Added Resellers ecosystems
  • Self-motivated and results-driven 
  • Experience in technical sales in any of these areas will be a plus - Industrial distribution, systems integration, Value Added Resellers as well as with industrial automation customers
