What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy for your target industry sector and utilise a comprehensive range of non-destructive and destructive testing techniques to support clients in ensuring product excellence and precise material testing.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this:
- Lead efforts to win new customers, including presentations, negotiations, follow-up, and documentation
- Proactively prospect for new contacts within your designated division.
- Collaborate within the team to identify and develop new service and product sales opportunities
- Deliver sales of products and services in alignment with the strategic plan
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers within customer organisations
- Effectively discuss service scope, availability, and throughput at all levels
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK.
You’ll have experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) in a sales or NDT engineering capacity, plus knowledge of regulations within the Engineering Inspection and compliance market.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Highly effective sales, communication, and presentation skills to achieve results
- Significant experience in prospecting
- Confidence in presenting proposals to client
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate
- Excellent attention to detail, including working with detailed proposals and CRM systems
- Experience working directly with customers in their environment
- A track record of contributing to sales growth and exceeding targets
