What you’ll be doing
In this role as Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of X-Ray devices to clients across the nation, supporting all areas of the business to grow. Your day to day might look a little like this:
  • Execute strategic sales plans and exceed regional quotas
  • Manage sales pipeline and quotes
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
  • Demonstrate products and provide training/installation as needed
  • Utilise CRM to manage territory and forecast sales
  • Prepare sales reports for management
 
A bit about you 

Ideally, you’ll be based in South East UK or South of Birmingham, however we are open to applicants nationwide and have previous experience with X-Ray devices.
 
You’ll have great self-motivation with a strong work ethic and the ability to work remotely and travel frequently across the nation.
 
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with an assertive, outgoing personality
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • A bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required, with an M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
