Got a flair for marketing and a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives? Enjoy creating campaigns, shaping messages, and bringing a brand to life across every touchpoint? If that sounds like you, this Marketing Coordinator role could be the perfect next step.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
This client is all about improving the quality of patients’ lives through respiratory and sleep-breathing tech.

Working here brings with it a whole host of benefits. From the big things like enhanced parental leave and a generous 33-days annual leave, to the smaller-but-still-important-stuff like subsidised gym memberships and employee discounts, they’ve got you covered.

Plus, if you want to develop, this is the place to be. Their culture is based around helping people to thrive and grow in a role, so if you’re wanting to build for the future, they make a great choice.

What will your day to day look like?
You’ll play a key role in shaping the company's brand, ensuring it’s consistent, engaging, and impactful across every platform (internally and externally). This is a hands-on, creative, and varied role where no two days are the same.

But to give you a flavour, here’s what a typical day might involve:
  • Managing and developing the brand
  • Crafting key messages and value propositions that resonate with customers
  • Delivering on marketing plan KPIs and supporting annual sales revenue goals
  • Managing social media activity and maintaining a strong online presence
  • Coordinating conference and event activities
  • Supporting business development activities, including tenders and opportunities
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy

This role will suit you if you…
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • Hold a professional marketing qualification (or are working towards one)
  • Have marketing experience in a medical or healthcare company (ideal, but not essential)
  • Are confident managing digital media and social communications
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Are creative, organised, and enjoy juggling multiple projects

Think this could be your next role?
