Are you a skilled marketeer within the ConTech space? Our client are searching for a Product Marketing Manager to lead their marketing campaigns and brand strategies into the future! You will be the key figure in developing marketing content that are aligned with the business’ growth ambitions and foster strong engagement across the B2B channels. If you are experienced in SaaS B2B marketing, then this could be the role for you.

A start-up that strives to push the boundaries of the construction industry. Our client are looking to change workforce management solutions through their unique offering, which aims to increase overall productivity in the industry. They are in a stage of rapid growth so there is no better time to join their mission and shape the future of the construction industry.
  
What you’ll be doing 
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be leading the creation and implementation of marketing and brand content for the company, aligned with the overall goals for growth and fostering engagement across the B2B audiences.

Your day to day might look a little like this:
•    Developing Product Marketing content, ensuring a balance between short-term performance and long-term brand building
•    Evolving the company’s brand identity, ensuring all touchpoints with the brand are consistent and relevant to the medium
•    Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels, refining messaging constantly for maximum effectiveness
•    Creating a robust content strategy with all outputs (blogs, videos, etc.) align with the audience and the company’s wider objectives

A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in London, UK.

You’ll have at least 5 years’ previous experience working as a SaaS B2B marketer within the Construction Technology industry.

A few other key skills we are looking for:
•    Ideally you’ll also have previous experience in scaling within a start-up environment
•    Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, as you’ll need to craft compelling narratives in content and influence key stakeholders
•    A deep understanding and appreciation for digital marketing channels, SEO, pad media, and content marketing
•    Proficiency in using data to inform your decision-making; all strategies have to be backed by robust analysis
•    Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the desire to build a team and develop their skillsets
